Great restaurant and bar on Mercer Island! The owner/chef Jason is from Hawaii so the menu has many local favorites with Korean fusion to kick it up a notch, and he comes around to all the tables to "talk story". My wife and I shared two dishes. The Indonesian Fried rice was chock full of chicken and loaded with flavor, topped with an egg and peanuts. The banchan salad was perfectly seasoned with their sesame dressing and lots of Korean sides, and adding seared ahi to the top was perfect. We ended our meal with butter mochi topped with vanilla ice cream, which was amazing how the sea salt paired nicely with the sweetness.

We really appreciated all the staff who were friendly and welcoming, patiently explained all their menu items, and regularly checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. There are so many things on the menu I want to try, from their chicken wings to their tacos to their burgers. We will be back regularly to try everything!

Two words. Sump. Tuous. Melodic Hawaiian flavors bring a taste explosion unlike anything we’ve enjoyed in the Seattle area. An enviable collision of an aunties home cooking and the high art of a chef at the top of his game. The crawlspace is not to be missed!

Dare I say—these might be the best tacos I’ve ever had?

Pretty damn close. I ordered the smoked and slow-braised Kalua Pork tacos, and they were absolutely phenomenal—juicy, generously filled, and packed with flavor. My fiancé had the Double Crawlburger, which was massive and piled high with all the fixings.

We’re already planning to come back with friends and family. It’s clear a lot of thought and care went into crafting the menu, and the food reflects that in every bite.

A fun place with great service and ono-licious food that is a fusion of Hawaiian-Asian. Banchan salad, bulgogi tacos, Spam musubi, mochiko chicken, kimchi grilled cheese, mac salad, huli huli chicken, huli huli tofu, kalua pork. So many choices. The environment has a friendly neighborhood feeling.

If you love the island vibes (Mercer or Hawaiian) then you have to come and check this place out. The owner, Jason, is clearly doing a great job as a boss because the waitstaff were all friendly, detail-oriented and quick.

The fried chicken sandwich is SO good and their fries are amazing.

I love their take on the mai tai, and the ambiance is great! Definitely worth a stop for a date night or a place to bring your kids!
